We took over this project when it was already in motion. A design and development agency were already on-board and the project was about augmenting the existing tech. prowess to meet with aggressive timelines.
This project was more around managing communications between 5 stakeholders including Morgan Stanley and PwC and lead deliveries for ABFLdirect.com. Our approach was to identify the gaps in deliveries and solving bottlenecks from the delivery standpoint.
How we went about it
A hybrid approach of on-site and off-site was taken up and scrum methodology was introduced along with daily stand ups to keep everyone in the loop on who was to deliver what and by when. We ended up 9 days ahead of schedule.
