The Premise
Aditya Birla Capital serves over a million customers with a total of USD 40B AUM. In early 2017, Mr. Gaurav Zutshi, Chief Digital Officer, reached out to us in search of an agile firm that could quickly understand the requirements and put an implementation plan in place.


The Problem
Considering that there were legacy systems, multiple frameworks and technologies were in play with all 13 LOBs, we put together a robust plan of action that was flexible as well as considerate of the urgency of implementation.


How we went about it
We were charged with bringing multiple stakeholders, including several business teams and their design service provider on-board. Gridle team worked both on and off site, co-ordinating with security, compliance & business requirements and delivered Go-live in little less than 7 months. The turn around time on the project earned us further projects with the firm as well.
